Review of Bubble Tea Shop:
Why did I come to this bubble tea shop?
Friends kept talking about this bubble tea shop. It's the newest shop opened by Chatime. I have never been to Chatime but it's apparently really good with locations near Yonge/Dundas and Yonge/Finch. You can choose how much ice to have, whether you want it super-diabetic or unsweetened.
As part of the grand opening, there is a buy one get one free coupon on selected drinks, which was another reason we came, or else my Asian soul wouldn't pay full price. I would bargain to it down to 1/2 price.
We came at 8:00 pm, lined up until 9:00 pm to place our order and got out at about 9:20 pm with drinks in hand. It was so busy but people were very civilized and lined up.
Pro tip: park in the underground parking. Yes, there is an underground parking!

The shop just opened a day ago and no inspection report. I thought they would inspect it prior to opening. A bubble tea shop, what could go wrong...
VERDICT: Bubble tea served with Jer's Seal of Approval!
